Secure your place with a non-refundable £15 deposit.  Once received a place is saved just for you.  Then make the reminaing full payment of £35 no later than November 1st 2026, or the space will be re-opened for another participant to attend.

If paying the earlybird price of £45, the full payment must be received before September 25th 2026.  You may pay a deposit initially, but the remaining amount of £30 must be received before September 25th 2026 to qualify for the earlybird price.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made at any time, however deposits are non-refundable.  
If the full amount has been paid and cancellation is made this needs to be done before November 1st 2026 for a refund to be made (minus the deposit).  

If cancellation is made after November 1st 2026 we can only off a partial refund (minus the deposit) if the space is filled by another participant.  

Please do always speak with us regarding cancellations as we do take extenuating circumstances into account.
