* £15 non-refundable deposit needed to secure a place

* To secure the earlybird price, full payment must be made before March 28th 2026, this price will include the non-refundable £15 deposit 

* Full payment must be made before May 7th 2025 

*Any cancellation made after May 7th 2026 will unfortunately be non-refundable, unless a replacement participant is found, in which case a refund will be made minus the £15 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation on full payment made before May 7th 2026 will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit of £15.

* Exceptional circumstances will be taken into account and can be discussed directly.

* Please advise of any food allergies/intolerances before May 7th 2026.  If we are not notified of such allergies/intolerances we cannot be held responsible for any symptoms. Any snacks supplied will be vegetarian.
